Be it known to all who enter here,
Christ is the reason for this School.
He is the unseen but ever present teacher in our classes.
He is the model of our faculty and the inspiration of our students.

Welcome to Grace Christian School!
Educational Philosophy
At Grace Christian School, we believe that providing a solid Christian education involves much more than offering students courses in Bible and religion. For us, it is the integration of Biblical teaching in all areas and in all classes so that our students learn to see God in all facets of life. In our Christ-centered curriculum, God's word is the standard of truth and authority by which all subjects are taught.
Academics
GCS provides students in Kindergarten through eighth grade with rigorous coursework in Bible, Language Arts, Science, Math, History & Social Studies and Health. Additionally, all students take part in Spanish, Technology, Art, Music and Physical Education classes. Many students in all grades participate in elective classes including Latin, Orchestra, Choir, Newspaper and Yearbook.
Facilities
As our student body continues to grow, so do our facilities. This year, we opened our new state-of-the-art middle school building that houses eight classrooms as well as the kitchen, cafeteria and gymnasium. The new building is also where our technology lab and music room are located.
Our elementary students and administrative staff work from the elementary building that also includes the Spanish and elementary art classrooms and Discovery program classrooms.
Athletics
PE is an important part of every student's curriculum (and often one their favorite parts!) Besides PE, students have the opportunity to take part in various athletic clubs and clinics. Middle school students may also participate in competitive sports like basketball, volleyball and soccer.
Extra-curriculars
Orchestra, drama and dance are just a few of the extra-curricular activities in which our students participate. We believe that taking part in meaningful activities outside the classroom is just as important as what's being taught during the school day. So we encourage students to seek out opportunities to further develop their gifts and talents.
Educating children today to become Christ-centered leaders of tomorrow is the hallmark of the education we have provided for more than 25 years. For more information about how your family can be part of the GCS family, please contact us.
