- Notify the following of your field trip date:
  - Kitchen Manager
  - School Nurse
  - Specials Teachers
Provide the final cost of your field trip, including bus/shuttle expense, to Stacey Stanley. All forms are available online including; permission slip, payment, and volunteer applications. All chaperones must complete the volunteer application prior to the field trip date.
Please bring a a copy of your class roster on the trip.
